Default speedometer help

I have a 99 honda civic ex manual trans. i was wanting to replace my speedometer and had 2 questions. one is this easy or hard to do. second if i do replace it, will it be as accurate?

They are gauge faces which go over the stock gauges. It is not difficult at all, just be careful not to break anything. They make the gauges so you can install without taking off needles.
