Speedometer Has Zero set as 100MPH
I have a problem with my Honda Civic 2000 LX I got in it one day and apparently the new zero for the speedometer is on (OR Around ) 100MPH. So I drove to work and I Noticed that the speedometer acts normally when the car is driving as in to say that when I get to 25 the speedometer reads 125. The car is completely stock and nothing has been altered.
I Disconnected the battery and It seemed to reset to "0" for only 2 weeks though, now the problem has resurfaced.
Anyone Else have this issue?

Re: (boostedhks)
I would be laughing except my girls about a weekend away from taking it to the dealership, she drives it primarily and I don't feel like getting raped at the dealership if I just need to check a ground or something silly.

I think thats how you're supposed to set the Zero, by removing the needle and resintalling it. But it would sure make a funny picture idea Anyways its weird that it worked and then AGAIN unset itself. . . try removing and reinstalling needle first!
