Speedometer Cable Help
Hi, the speedometer doesn't work in my newly purchased '96 Civic LX - I want to check the speedometer cable, I heard that they can short out where it passes through the firewall. Do I need to remove the whole instrument cluster to get behind there, or is there another way to gain access?
