So i attached a video about my speedometer. every time im hitting 2300-2500 RPM my speedometer shake up and down.

Check your grounds and alternator, there are a fuse or two (check the fuse charts) that might do this. I had a similar problem once but I cant remember how I fixed it.

You don't have to! ill check my grounds cause i move the battery gound from its original place cause I installed engine damper and the place i installed is the place where the battery ground before. (i'm sorry newbei here so i dont know how to add videos)

did you sand down the new ground spot or just place it there on top of the paint? If you use paint as a conductor youre gonna have a bad time. Make sure the new spot is a viable ground, continuity to original ground location or other grounds in the engine bay. May not be the source of your problem but important non the less. Go through fuses too.

Electrical problems suck.
