speed not workin on cluster
everything works but the speed on the cluster but i know its not the cluster cause i tested my friends cluster that he is currently using... so i know its the wiring. but what can i do to fix this?

well the OP said he tested his friends speedo on his so its just gotta be a faulty speedo. i had the same thing and got another speedo w/needle and coil windings included sitting behind it and works like a champ

Have you pulled the CEL codes since the speedo stopped working to see whether a VSS code is also now thrown?
I assume the tripmeter and odometer also don't work, right?
The problem is either the VSS or VSS wires for ground, power, or sending the signal to the cluster.

i bought it as a shell . idk?!? yeah the odometer dont work.

am i suppose to be to just pull out the vss? like its not screwed into anything like it sits in there but i can turn it and stuff.
