Speaker(s) sizes on 1992 Civic SI's?
Looking to upgrade the sound a little in my EG, anyone know the speaker sizes in these things? Also, do SI's have rear speakers?!

oem rears are 5.25" fronts i believe are 6.5" rear speakers were optional. my '92 si didnt have them either. all the parts are still available through the dealership aswell.

take off you front grill. if it has a plastic speaker bracket, it takes a 6.5. if it does not it takes a 5.25. the rears were optional on 92-93, and standard on 94-95 along with many other upgrades. if you have the rears they fit a 5.25- 6.5 depending on how the basket of the speaker is designed, but 5.25 fit with ease. if you dont have rears, you can purchase the entire rear kit from honda, complete with pioneer 2 ways or fabricate your on brackets.
