i believe autozone or pepboys will do the trick. if your talking about performance. you get what you pay for, to an extent.

For most Sumitomo are stock wires... Not NGK...
I would recomend buying STOCK wires over any aftermarket ones... there have been a couple of wire tests that have shown the stock wires delivering more power than other wires including NGK...
Stock are the best and I believe they're around 13 bucks each from hondaautomotiveparts.com

i believe so. http://www.sparkplugs.com has ngk wires for $51 and some change. Also, napa autoparts should be able to get ngk stuff.
