Spark plug Seals in a D16z6 valvecover
does anyone know how to change those seals?? i have to repaint my valve cover and the seals are in pretty bad condition...
they're attached very strong to the cover, can i buy them separately at honda?

when i took mine out, i kinda just pulled them w/ a needle nose, til i eventually ripped all the rubber off, then the metal ring. the metal is what keeps it in there so hard. just rip it out, mine went in pretty easy after that
when you put the valve cover on, use a small flathead to move those seals around the spark plug tubes to get a really good seal, you'll see what i mean when you put it on

yea, i did do it from under the cover. when i put the valve cover on, the seals were kinda above the tubes, so i had to use a small flathead to push them around the tubes for a good seal, the way they are supposed to be
