Sound Sytem stolen =(
Last night went to the shop to play with my car and saw 2 other cars had no rims on them, and looked at my car and the door was popped open a little, then prcceded to look through the car to find that my 2 10" Audiobahn subs and 800 watt amp were stolen. Thats whn the whole world heard a loud cuss word from my vacinity.
I hope Insurance covers this, so I can get some mods for the car and just buy a lil dinky system.
they took the hood off and put it on the ground and were probably surprised to see nothing in the engine bay, at least they left all my papers for my car.
Time for an alarm system when the car gets born again.
BIG OLE MIDDLE FINGER TO ALL THIEVES!
sorry had to rant.

since this was at the shop... why dont the shop owner pay for your system? they are responsible for your car if they are working on it....

I don't think shops are responsible. Don't they usually have a disclaimer stating they are not responsible for theft, vandalism, etc to ur car?

The Shop IS resposible for anything that happens 2 your car when IT IS ON THERE LOT! I went through this b4 and it worked out in my favor! The shop must have insurance (hopefully) all the owner would have 2 do is turn it in and you give a copy of the reciept to the insurance co, SO DON'T LET THEM BS YOU! and everything should be alright!
DAMN THIEVES! sometimes i don't know who is worse the thieves or the insurance company~

Re: Sound Sytem stolen =( (VTEC VX)
well I am close friends with the guy that owns the shop and I'm pretty sure they don't have insurance. His car was one cars with rims stolen. All I have to do is pay a $50 deductible and they should either cut me a check or replace it. no biggie. Just hope my rates wont go up, they just came down a little

Man i know that sucks. The same thing happened to me when i was in class one day, last spring... it is a really messed when that happens...sorry to here about that. My insurance covered it but i am not sure that every persons insurance does. I have had several freinds that have had their stuff stolen and they didn't get anything back from the insurance. hope it all works out for you man.
