Sorry new guy in town, H22a into 6 gen sedan, ok or no?
Hi guys and ladies, I want ot do a H22a swap into my 97 sedan, and get rid og my d16y7 lump. Are there any problems with space and/ or weight I should know about? I found a good source of H22a engines in my native land and want to do this soon so pls help. From Canada, thank you.

You should go with the B-series or wait for a k series kit...
H22 is a nice motor but I wouldn't waste my money to put it in a civic sedan....
H22 are not like the other b series motors... They are special and need special care when it comes to machine shop work.
Look at b18c1 or LS turbo, IMO.

it only weighs 25 lbs more for a H22 block and tranny than the a B16
