We are trying to find out whats wrong with my buddys car is a 2000 civic dx 5 spd well the lights pulse when the car is running the car runs ok but the fuel mileage sucks after the car gets warmed up there for awhile he could push in the clutch and let the car idle down to a flat idle the lights would quit pulsing for a second he has added new grounds and a new computer still nothing so if you guys could give us a hand in figuring this out that would be great

it has a brand new one on it even took it off and had it tested again but that was the first thing i thought of
