Is this something i have to fix?
well, i swapped out fuel pumps, and while putting on the 6 10mm buts that hold the circular brass colored thing that the fuel pump attaches to, one of the bolts was tightening a little strangely, and while tightening one of the nuts(not hard at all) it snapped off part of one bolt. there are still 5 holding it down. should i fix it? how much work and $$$? safe? or is it ok.

drilling by the gas tank with all those fumes sounds like fun! especially with the chance of a spark. its also that ive never drilled out a bolt and installed a new one. OH and if anyone would like to help me with a problem ive had for a long time, please do:
