to all H-T members who live in burbank CA, watch your cars. i was at In & Out in burbank and eating my cheeseburger when all of a sudden i see a car stop behind my parked hatch and 2 guys were checking it out. The one guy was just staring at my wheels and the other was looking around, i just thought of nothing while this was going on, then they left the parking lot and a minute later comes back, drives slowly pass my hatch then leaves the lot again. by this time i knew what was up all this was hapening right before my eyes. they then went inside the parking lot across the street by the movie theater and was gone for about 5 minutes. guess what, for the third time these guys slowly pass my car again and then parks their car in front of In&out where they have a good view of the customers leaving and my hatch. i was inside just looking at them so i hit the panic button, my alarm and my horn went off(trust me its loud), they both looked at it. it went off for about 30 seconds, turn in on again, waited a minute then turned it back off this time i let it go off for about a minute. i was inside while this was all happening. i then went in the car left that place as fast as i could, went on the freeway and it was VTEC from there on....


just watch your cars folks, my friend's friend got his 94 civic si(black) stolen 2 weeks ago in the same area.

should of let them do something, pick one of the trash cans from In and Out and smack them in the head while they trying to get in....

if i saw someone like that checking out my car like that, i will **** their asses up... i'll set their **** (car) on fire in their faces....!

next time that happens, casually walk out and try to get a car description and some plates.

someone is bound to have a DMV hookup somewhere and get the plate ran.

dude thanks for the thought, but i was all by myself, i did try to call one of my friends but his phone was off. i also had my digicam inside the car, damn i could have taken pics and post it here.anyways what if they were straped, they looked like mad gangstas by the way. so i did the right thing to get out there as fast as i can.

Goto the members corner, tell them the people in this car were about to steal your car, and you got these plates. See if anyone is willing to run them.

good call man, i probably would have done the same thing. I'm a small guy and there is no way i'm gonna be surprising couple guys. Best to keep it cool. but you did the right thing.

o hellllllll no. this happened to me about a year ago and i went out side and had a confrontational chat with them and scared the **** out of them. and it was just me and my brother (16 years old).

damnit, our last night in SoCal, bryant (cr-x) and i went to In&Out that night.

wish we woulda hung out bro.

I'm VERY glad that your car wasn't touched, i'd have to make another hybrid road trip and bring some of my other boys for an *** beating

Any where in the valley you got to watch out for your car. Mine is parked underground and there are three cameras under there. At work it is a different story though.

Thats soo crazy. I thought that just happened in movies. Around here the only time a car gets stolen is when someone wants to do a little Insurance fraud. And thats only happened a few times.(Not me, though Ive thought about it more than a few times )
