someone help with cam gears please
i would like to install cam gears my self on my civic. its a sohc and it doesnt look to tricky. if someone could please help with some tips or a full install instructions that would be awesome. Also how to retard the timing and to whatr degrees usually gives the best hp?

best way to do it is to put the cam on yourself by following the specs in the manual and then take it to be dyno tuned. everything changes wit different mods so no one can tell you what degree to put it at. dyno tune around here cost 100 and they tune it up too.
