Default Some questions about 00 Si rear disc swap to a 96 EX (read the FAQ)

I have some quick questions...

How do I change the proportioning valve? Can someone link me up with a guide cause the FAQ does not mention much about it.

What are the main issues with the conversion? Frozen bolts (I have PB Blaster ready and plan to get a Propane Torch as a backup).

I currently have ABS on my EX, does that mean both front and rear? If so... do I just unhook and hook up the connectors?

I want to bleed/flush with clean new fluid, how many bottles do I need? Do I bleed it numerous time (bleed the entire brakes once, twice, etc... until its clean) or do I bleed one side until its clean, then move on until its clean, and et cetera.

I want to plan for the worst... what can I expect?
