turboedb16hatch

I have a 94 honda hatchback and im dropping a b16a in it. I have a EX motor harness and a SI wiring harness. I have the p28 ecu. OK now the problem i have is my injectors will not pulse. Its getting gas up to the injectors and thats all. I dont know if i have a wiring problem or not. But the injectors are good. With the obd1 do you need a injector resistor box. And another problem is the ignition or in the wiring there to. I have take the ignition harness to the main harness and connect them and when i do the car will not start. When i unplug them i can jump the wires and make the motor turn over. And while im jump the wires and can connect the harnness back togeather and the car dies. ANYONE HAVE ANYTHING FOR ME
