Well, my cousin was going to stay the night at a buddys house and he came back inside and goes, "um.... hey... we apologise but brian just hit ur car....." They were pulling outta the driveway then werent paying attention when they hit my quarter panel... stupid @$$ teens....

So anyway, he left a nice Softball size dent in my quarter panel. Nothing else was damaged and their car was fine just with a lil paint exchange. So i'm gonna charge this kid some cash so we dont have to deal with insurance crap. I'm already repainting the car so its not a HUGE deal for me and i should be able to get it done for free at school but I still wanna get a lil cash outta this kid. Ill have pics up tomorrow.

Oh come on, cutting someone's leg off with a hacksaw is cruel for just denting a car...you have to use a giant sword so it's a clean cut.

It is a car. A cheap one at that. Wanting money for something that you are already fixing is questionable. Realistically, how much more time will the dent repair take?

Did this kid take off after the hit? This is important because you are essentially asking for punitive damages.
