Some General Q's.. ITR 1" MC in EG + SS brake lines..
ok..
well I am in the last steps of finally finishing off my car somewhat, and I just thought I'd ask for help on these small things so nothing goes wrong..
I installed the ITR 1" MC/Booster in my EH2 [vx] - and easily seen is that the brake lines on the firewall of the car don't fit w/o bending, I knew this..
So what tool are you guys using to bend the lines to fit into the ITR MC...
also..
When install SS brake lines, do you still use that metal clip from the stock steel brake line to the new SS brake line..
The clip used to hold the line in place..
thanks

go to the local autozone, or whatever you have near by thats similar, and they sell a brake line flange/ bender. shouldnt be too much.
make sure you try it on out on a spare line before you go cutting your brake lines up. thats all i can answer
oh yeah, 1 more thing. all you need is to cut and flare out that 1 brake line thats goes on the left side of the mc. the other one you can carefully bend it in place on the right side w/o cutting or flaring that line. i believe all you should be cutting is 1 line that goes into the left side. hope that make sense
