Default Some Comptech Suspension Questions (did search)

I have a 92 hatch and Im going to be installing ITR LCAs. I was wondering if the Integra 22mm comptech rear sway/tie combo will work with the ITR LCAs? Do they even make an ITR combo and is there any differences in size? Also, will the Apexi N1 exhaust get in the way of that bar? Thanks in advance.

Yes to both?

With the combo, will the holes line up no problem, I wont have to drill or anything? And is there a sway bar or sway/tie combo that can work with the Apex N1 or is that impossible since it hangs below the LCA?

Can I at least get an answer to each of my THREE questions?

there is no sway bar system for the Type R (only a lower tie bar) so there is no way for you to put on a ITR tie bar on a non ITR ( I know b/c I have a civic and a ITR with the comptech kit and there is no way for them to interchange)
I would imagine that you would have to drill holes in the civic to get it to mount up (I did with my S-Techniques sway bar)
as far as the ITR LCA's I would imagine that it would not make a diff. b/c the sway bar and tie bar only connect at the frame and the endlinks....both of which you will still have
but for simplicity I would just go with a GSR LCA (unless you already have ITR rear shocks....which are different from civic and GSR )

Okay, contacted Comptech and they said the Integra bar will work with no drilling or complications. But they were unsure/not hopefull, that it will work with my N1 exhaust. Does anyone have the comptech combo with the N1? or does anyone know for sure it will/will not work?

Thanks.

The Comptech set-up will work.

As far as the N1, it runs UNDER the LCA, so why would it interfere with the swaybar/tiebar?

It runs around $375 but it is very worth it. You will NOT tear your subframe out with this.

IIRC, they may have a "race" adjustable version out now... 24 or 26mm.

I'm running this setup on my hatch as well. It was from my totalled GSR and it does fit, but I had to slightly drill out some of the holes for it to fit perfect. And I used the GSR lower LCA's by the way.

I love it
