some basic maintenance questions
wondering how often to change the coolant, if ever? also how often to change the ATF (automatic transmission fluid), if ever? how about valves/injectors? thanks

I do coolant once a year But I think people say your supposed to do it twice a year. ATF I don't know and 've never changed valves or injectors.

I would change the ATF every 30k including the valve adjustment and the tune-up. As far as the injectors, I would dump a whole bottle of Chevron's Techronline every 20k. My car ran fine had over 300k on it until i traded it in.

how much should i expect to pay for this kind of tuneup from a shop? i know it probably varies, i'll call to get some quotes in the next few days. thanks.
