Default some advice

so i am looking into getting a new car and theres is a guy selling a 97 prelude here is the list of mods...my concern is the mileage. it has 211k...i just wanna know if you think its worth it for 4500 and do you think the car wont last long until it blows. seems like he's taken care of it but im very ify about it due to the high mileage

Mainteinence: Done At 206K car now at 211K
new timing/balanacer/drive belts
new timing belt auto adjuster
new water pump
new front oil pump seal, front main seal, balancer shaft seal, cam seals, rear main seal, v-tec valve seals, valve cover gasket.
new spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor
new radiator, radiator fan, and upper rad hose
new primary oxygen sensor
new catalytic converter
new clutch slave cylinder
new front and rear brakes
new honda oem battery
EGR system just cleaned and serviced

Suspension/Performance/Apperence:
Neuspeed springs with tokico blue shocks all around
New carbon fiber hood
Gunmetal painted oem wheels
New ACT streetlight flywheel
New Exedy Stage 1 clutch and pressure plate
Energy suspension motor mount inserts
Zex 50-75hp nitrous system
Aem intake

The body itself is straight, and there are no major dings or dents. The interior is very clean, no rips or stains. A/C blows ice cold. The car has a lot of highway miles, but it runs great. Mechanically the engine is sound and has been compression checked at over 200psi per cylinder. I drive the car every day to and from work. All it really needs is a fresh paint job. The car has a clean title and clean carfax history.

That is kinda high mileage for that year of car, but it looks like its in pretty good shape. Give it a test drive if you havent, and if it all checks out good, maybe try and bargin down a little bit, but that doesnt seem like a bad deal

NO freking way. That is a very high milage for 4500 dollars. I doubt the motor will blow, but still. Offer like 3500, if you really like the car.
