Default Solid Rear Lower Tie Bar?

I was wondering if anyone else besides benen and beaks makes a solid rear lower tie bar for EGs. I realize that there is a debate over whether or not they do anything at all, but I just want to know if any other company besides the two named above make any sold (non jointed) ones for our cars.

There's knockoffs all over they don't have a specific brand.
One week they'll sell as ABC racing the next they will sell as 123 racing so jjst keep checking

I am in the process of making a lower bar for my del sol...
It actually bolts together the lower control arm brackets together.
No need to unbolt the control arm and risk breaking something...
I measured the hole up and to the middle of the car to use, it is 23.500" apart.

It is not done yet but will be installing the holes and painting sometime this weekend.

What do you think?

Nice.... does that add any subframe reinforcement? Any plans to produce them?

OP, I'd consider the ASR piece. It's not exactly a lower bar, but it accomplishes the same thing as well as reinforcing the subframe.

Yea it adds support/stiffness to the subframe buy connecting the lower control arm brackets together...

I would be pleased to produce them but first I have some research to do..
I need to install this one on my car, make changes accordingly..
and I would need some people who want to buy them...

Thanks, that would be cool to sell a few...
by the way this is technically still in development phase but
anyone have any suggestions?

If I were to ship them out blasted (no paint) like in the close up picture,
what does everyone think is a fair price?

The bar is torch-cut out of 1020 mild steel,
Then the spacers get welded on,
Then the bar gets pressed flat,
Then it gets shot blasted,
Then the mounting (clearance) holes get drilled on a bar machine using a program.

It is about 24.750" long x 2.125" tall x .750" thick (without spacers)
The mounting holes are 23.500" apart...

do you not have a factory sway bar? most oem and aftermarket sway bars mount to that location. ive never had the inner lca bolts break. just the shock mounts.

to the OP, password jdm also makes a solid (no heim joints) bar.

ASR brace. Its a brace on its own, and it allows to bolt up a swaybar. Cant go wrong.
