sohc vtec, cam recommendations?
anyone running a quick all motor sohc vtec in their ride? i was strictly b-series until about a month ago when my bro got an eg...but anyways, anyone have any suggestions for a cam his ride, i was looking into the zex...

Yeah everyone here says that the zex cam is really good on the singles. Good luck!
If i were you id pimp that **** out! Rods, pistons, cam, p&P well..............since you saved alot of money on not doing the swap and all.
but if noone else helps you id do a search just incase you havent done it yet.
im sure theres a ton of stuff on here for the single cam.

just go to http://www.zex.com or i think http://www.nopionline.com sells it. get the 59300 its the best. you'll love it.

I had GUDE Bullfrog cam,
1/4 mile before cam - 16.7
1/4 mile after cam - 15.6
Both times in 100 degree summer heat!
(other mods were CAI,Headers,exhaust)
