Sounds like you need to do a little searching and browsing around. I myself cannot answer your question as I do not know that much about turbo's although I am trying to lean in hopes of getting, swapping, and turboing a CRX w/ B18B or B16. There is much to learn about turbo setups and even more to learn about how to tune turbo setups for power and reliability.

I have read (and am trying to comprehend) this page here that talks about Integras and turboing them.

Although it is about Integras it really has much more generic info on turboing a Honda than Integra specific info. Im not sure if all of the info in it is 100% correct as I am trying to learn just like you. Maybe someone could give a thumbup or thumbdown to the article for me.
