sohc manifold swap!!!!!! help, idle
hey i did the intake manifold swap, i put a d16y8 on my y7! everything went ok till i starte dit up!! the car runs like ****! the idle is all messed up! it goes up and down! up and down! please help me out, i think its gettin too much air to fuel!

JB weld the small cruise control nipple on the back of the manifold. JB weld the air injection holes above each runner on the flange and the large nipple on the top of the flange if you are using a 99-00 y8 manifold. Make sure you are using a 3-wire iacv underneath the throttle body and not the 2-wire on the back of the manifold.

well the vaccum line for cruise is blocked and there isn't a line in the front, its a 96-98 manifold! what bout the iacv spot in the back of the manifold i have the two holes blocked off, because my iacv is on the throttle body! if i get the iacv all working will it run alright?!

well do i need the iacv from an ex? or can i just plug the holes on the back of the manifold where it should go?! i heard i need to cut the orange wire on my iacv now so its a two wire instead of a three! help me out please!
