Did you do the minime swap AND header at the same time? Different times?

Did it smoke before you put on the header?

You already know what the problem is . . . as you stated yourself. and i quote

"Could it b smoking from the downstream 02 sensor not hooked up"

You know what the problem is, now get an o2 bung and be done with it already.

Try unplugging the downstream O2. How do you not kow if its burning oil or running super rich? Is the smoke white or black?

Yeah what he said... Is it white or black? Either that.... OR maybe the y7 block you put in is no good (ie. bad rings, etc.)
