there are a few maintanance things you should do to get it back on the road running smooth... don't bother tuning up the motor if you'll be swapping a new one in there...

get a universal O2 for 30 bucks from ebay and forget about paying $180 or anything insane like that for an o2 sensor...

Did you clear clear the codes from the computer after you changed the o2 sensor? Your computer will hold onto the code, even after the problem is fixed. If you haven't already, just unhook you battery for 30 seconds and see if the CEL goes away.

the VX (d15z1) has vtec-e and needs a 5-wire O2 sensor..which is very rare and expensive, car was bought completely stock, if i do get a universal O2 sensor, i would have to do some rewiring and stuff to it for it to fit. as you know, i did do a little research on my own.
