so i raced a passat...
its a turbo 4 door passat, its modded with aftermarket turbo from what i heard, definitely not stock. i always heard it was "fast", but the owner kinda talks out the *** about vws.
anyways, i raced him from a 40 roll, told him i cut off around 100 since theres no reason to go past that. he complained some, saying thats when his car starts pulling, after 100. i told him if he wanted to race after 100, go look for a supra.
so long story short, we start in 40, 3 honks, as soon as i floored the pedal, instant 1 car pull, 3rd gear another car pull, 4th gear and i maintain the lead then i cut off at around 100-110.
so we stop by, shook hands, then he tells me that when i decide to man up and race past 100 to call him. i just brushed it off.
this is my first time actually racing a vw, hopefully most vw owners dont talk cocky **** like that one.
