So I picked up a '00 Civic Ex Coupe & wanted to upgrade the radio....
But now my A/C - Heat will only work on MAX. WTF, the car runs fine, & the radio works great. Even if I turn it down just a bit, it basically turns off?
Anyone have any ideas?
Yes I already searched.

??? Um No.
The A/C Heater was working perfectly fine before I put the Radio in. It still works, but only on MAX A/C, nothing lower.

Check the fuse, make sure you didn't unplug anything on the controls for the HVAC.
Generally speaking though, when you only have high and off, the cause is a bad blower resistor. Could be a coincidence.
