so frustrating, i need help....again
so> i said i got a tune up and changed
-spark plugs
-fuel filter
-spark plug wire set
-rotor/cap
this was like, 2 weeks ago, and now, out of no where, i start my car, and while starting up, i hear this squeaking/slurping/weird noise and then the car starts, after all that.
i put some fuel cleaner in there, anddd that's about it, idk what this could be, i changed belts (including timing) not to long ago, so idk.

Well dont just go replacing parts unless you know its the problem. Thats just the best suggestion I can give you towards the problem without actually being there to hear it. Not sure on the price of a starter but I would get a used one.

I don't even think they sell used starters - by now they're all basically remanufacturered - which I guess is as good as new.
As far as the OP goes: Sounds like one of your belts is too tight or too loose from your description (which isn't the best I might add :-P). Wouldn't be possible for you to digitally record the sound and post it someplace so others can listen, would it? Usually the best way to ask others what a sound is.
Digital camera that can record video w/ sound = fast help.

well, i've had problem with the sounds because it only does them when it feels like it, when i'm infront of a mechanic or with a camera, it's picture perfect.
but, it did do it once w/my friend, a mechanic, and he said that it's just my starter grinding a little, but it was nothing to worry about, sooooo i'll just leave it at that cause starters are a bitcH. Yep.
