Default So another one....searched and replaced almost everything

So i have and Idle issue...right before the car hits operating temps she bogs almost to the point of stalling. After she is warmed up and driven for a while nothing its all good, but after the first few minutes idle dips bad at lights or when stopped. She starts going just fine no sputters or hesitation or anything once the light turns green. I have replaced spark plugs, wires, fuel filter, battery, alternator, checked for vacume leaks, cleand IACv twice, along with a fresh oil change. Before i went to the tuner back in September she would idle high then dip back down- after i rebuilt the head and got it tuned it was spot on perfect purred like a kitten. This idle thing has been a recent development, still purrs like a kitten but chockes on a hair ball before getting warmed up. Any thoughts on what i may have missed? if anything...No cells, no major mechanical changes.

Thnx

Unplug the iacv and set the base idle, bleed the coolant system uber good and then reset the ecu and hook up the iacv

Base idle with the idle screw after warmed up correct?...tried looking for the "bleeded screw" for coolant but was not able to locate by the t-stat (b16b) am i missing something? Even if i did find it im not sure of the exact process...have searched on h-t but everyone seems to do it different...

thanks
