Smoked vision corners? Possible fading?

Smoked vision corners? Possible fading?
Before my friend and I jump to conclusions about a person, we were wondering if it is possible for the smoked vision corners to fade to orange? Prior to the car being stored at a "friends" house, they were nearly black. Upon bringing the car back home they're now ORANGE. Is this possible?

Yea, we didn't either.. Plus the driver side smoked vision corner had a scratch across it from where I accidently kicked a pillar bar into it while they were laying on the floor. That scratch is now missing. Hm.. strange, right? Corners go from DAAAARK DARK DARK, REALLY DARK.. to ORANGE. I'm confused on how this would happen, plus its magically fixed as well.
Anyone else draw some conclusions for me? How could this have possibley happened? *shrugs*
