smoked taillights.
does anyone have a sticky, or a thread that shows a HOW-TO on smoking taillights. or if anyone knows how to do it with window tint. please let eme know, thankkksss

Use VHT Nite shades.
1. remove tailights
2. clean taillights
3. rough them up with 800-1000 grit sandpaper (this helps the tint spray stick)
4. spray very light, even coats on them. allow them to dry in between coats. (remember that you don't need the first coat to be consistent, so don't try to spray too much on at a time)
5. let them dry for a while
6. do a couple light coats of clear coat
7. let them cure overnight
8. reinstall
9. after a few days, polish them if necessary
those look horrible
If you're using window tint I don't have any advice. I would just use the niteshades. It's easier to work with, and it's easier to remove when you need to if you ever do (just sand it off and polish the lens)

the ebay ones look the same, and you can just peel them off.
if you install the precut ones they look dope.
Maybe you just didnt have luck with em!
