Default Smoke, at shift. What needs to be fixed?

I have an issues. i dont like to be on the track and have smoke shooting out my exhaust when i shift. it only comes out at a high RPM, seems to come out when i put the clutch down to shift.

what is it that i need to fix?. i hope its just something in the head like valve guides.

could either be a leaking valve guide seal, leaking valve cap, or something else valve/head related that is allowing oil to get into the combustion chamber. OR a bad ring.

run a compression test and a leakdown test to pinpoint this more before you start tearing down your motor.

I have Great compression. the smoke is only at a high rpm (7000) and only after i shift. smokes only for a second. like its getting a sip of oil. if it were the rings it would smoke all the time after vaccum. right? is there a How To write up on replacing your valve guides?

Could it be rings with this kinda symptom.
is there a way to check your guides?
