leaking oil from plug or filter, loose connection between the header and cat, maybe something is stuck on the piping somewhere like some kind of tar.inspect all your piping especially up top

You should locate exactly where it's coming from first. If it's coming from the headers you might have to check the gaskets. If it's coming from the cat there may be a leak in the pipe or a clogged cat. Is it running ok?

yup its running fine. not sluggish at all. it just started. its definitively coming from the lower half of my engine. cat/headers ill have too look at it in the light tomorrow.
like i said no oil leak that i see. how do i kno if my cat is clogged? and wouldnt it be sluggish if so? ill check for tar. connection with cat/header with cause smoke?
