smog Q
I have a '92 hatch with a '99 gsr engine. I didn't pass emissions because my
evaporative system is not hooked on, it's on the car but not hooked up, is it
possible to be conected.

if it's a JDM motor, you'll need a usdm TB (with vaccum nipple) and a vaccum fitting (nipple) attached to the intake manifold. then you hook up the evap system just like the stock one (look under the hood for a vaccum diagram).

If you look under your hood, it shows you a diagram of how the evap system should be hooked up...look at the diagram and double check everything..thats my advise.
