Smog need hook up asap(SO CAL)
Anyone in the So. Cal area that has a hook up on smog for a 98 ek with a swap running a obdI ecu. My friend needs one asap. IM if you know of a place. Thanks in Advance. WIll make it worth your time. <-Not to sound gross but you should know what I mean. Thanks again.

Because it's a CHP sting operation?
Most of us would definitely frown on a deliberate attempt to trap the board into a conspiracy to circumvent a state law.

if the engine is actually capable of passing, i would take it down to a smog shop and have it smogged. you'll be suprised on how much the smog peeps DONT know about hondas.. just make it look stock, and give it a shot
