Smog Inspection question.
Well I just bought a civic and got it smogged today for the car to be transferred. It passed, but on the "Inspection Reason": its says "Biennial Inspection". Isnt it soppose to read "Change of Ownership"? Well will this affect anything if I went to DMV to get it registered still?
