Default sLUGGish B16 Del Sol ?!

I've got a 94 Del Sol B16 (all factory) 150k miles.....
I have new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, ign Module, ignitor, fuel filter, timing belt, v-tech seal.

I also have put on a CAI kit.

It runs pretty good with A/c off or at full throttle, but a little sluggish at mild throttle, or at cruising speed.

When it is cold, it's real sluggish.....it kinda has a bad hesitation, and it seems to be worst while i'm cornering while cold too ( but maybe i'm trippin on that part). It is nearly unbarable at times if cold engine and A/C on.

yet...I still get 28 mpg avg.....huh....

What do yall think it is ?

my car feels the same way in the summer months with the ac on (00si B16). i found that if i run the stock intake it is a lot more responsive in the low end with ac on..

28mpg isn't really great, I've never gotten worse than 30 with my 94 VTEC. Your timings good?

This is why i hate hot summer days. It's sluggish when its hot and even worse when the a/c is on.

I had the same sluggishness with my jdm b16. It was also bogging at low rpm's (2k - 3k) I changed my ignitor and this fixed the problem. Do you have a brand new distributor?

ignitor is new and cap and rotor and coil......but not whole distributor....

I'll double check timing....

i'm not throwing any codes also.

It's the number of degree's before the piston reaches top dead center when the spark plug ignites the fuel inside the combustion chamber.

Grab a timing gun and be sure that you are at 16 degree's on ignition timing.
