Well the delay between shifting & it the engine climbing rpm's but not putting down any forward power I guess I would say.. & at the time I didn't have access to a parts store, it was late at night & I was in a shop.

What the OP is describing kinda DOESN'T sound like a slipping clutch.
Trust me, you'll know when a clutch is actually slipping. It feels like the ground is sliding beneath your feet.

I'm 16 without a job, **** yeah I'm "broke." Being an auto enthusiast isn't exactly a cheap habit. What would you call it then? It's basically burning out your clutch. The closest thing I could compare it to would be a new young driver learning how to drive stick & riding the clutch about halfway down while at half throttle. Basically revving up & putting down ZERO power.

Money all down the drain now. In any case you'll have to remove the transmission and fix everything anyway for the second time. Now you have learned why you stay patient and save money to do it right. Now you're probably going to have to buy another clutch as well as the repair parts you should have replaced in the first place.
Don't have money? Get a paper route, summer job slinging burgers, bagging groceries, restocking shelves, unloading trucks, SOMETHING. Being an expensive hobby doesn't mean you cheap out. That's why it's EXPENSIVE.

Job searching everyday. Live in a county with 30% unemployment rate, the struggle. I'd take a job at McDonalds.. If they ever would need people here. It's hard to even get a fast food job here.
