slight squeaking/winding noise

slight squeaking/winding noise
Okay so i searched and only retrieved results about replacing suspensions/bearings/axles, etc.etc.
Car is a 93' Hatch with b18B swap. It was lowered on generic 1.5" drop springs with stock struts (i know, car was bought like this from previous owner) well as anyone knows the best way to go is with complete sus setup or aftermarket struts, and the stock struts decided to kick the buckets. This past spring (06') i decided it was time to replace the stockers, being low on the budget that i am, i got tokico HP blues
and tossed the generics to go back to stock springs (96-00' hatches)
-Now each and every then when i make a hard left or slight left there seems to be scratching noises or winding noise coming from my drivers side front. But as soon as i straighten the car the noise goes away and i've noticed that it only happens when i make a left. the noise is starting to annoy me and i've already checked axles, pads, brake dust cover and everything else seems fine. Could this noise be an indication of bearings? ball joints?
BTW the car is now my daily.
