What do you mean it jerks? Like when it shift it gets a jerk? Well if your flooring it yes, thats normal, the little ammount of torque making it thru can jerk you around, but if your in the gear and it jerks, that doesnt sound right.

Easiest solution, 5spd swap :D .

when i floor it, it doesnt jerk.

it's when im driving normal that it does it.

it happens when going into 2nd, not when im already in it

how many miles does your motor and tranny have??? It could be about time to repair it $$$$$$, or replace it to a manual trans. Or you can get a trasmission flush were they flush your converter, clean it and add new fluid
