Default Slide pins replacement

So the caliper bolt and guide pin on my rear drivers side bottom is seized. I was told its easier to just get new caliper brackets and get new pins. Once they are sized I guess they are really hard to remove? Does anyone know of a walkthrough on how to install the new caliper bracket and install the pins? When I say the pins, I am referring to the rubber springy looking thing on the inside part of the caliper bracket. I am not really knowledgable about brakes so bare with me please. I was informed that the brackets come with the pins but the only one I can find does not seem like it does.

I was looking at purchasing these, can someone tell me if that is all that I need or missing anything

Best tool you can have is a Chiltons or a Haynes manual

Do you have 5410 or 2056 calipers?
