Default a sleight and erratic mifire?

Hey to all. My engine has a very slight, erratic muttering sound coming from the tailpipe at idle. Above idle the sound is much less noticable. The engine does seem to run a tiny bit rough too. Now let me provide some background info. Early in January, my car ran hot twice in on week. The head gasket failed a few days later. I had the head reworked and milled flat. I cleaned and 'prepped' all parts then reassembled the engine. Sounds cut and dry don't it? Not! Seems that the overheatings and blown gasket over-stressed several old parts. I've tested, troubleshot, repaired, replaced, and only driven the car once around the block...in all these weeks. The last of the long list of problems is the slightly muttering/puttering exaust. The following is a partial list of tests and parts r & r. The tests were performed as outlined in the 'big' honda service manual.

IDLE SPEED SET
IGN. TIMING SET
VACUUM LEAKS - TESTED AND NO LEAKS
VALVE TIMING SET AND CHECKED AND RECHECKED
EACV REPLACED TESTED/PASSED
FITV REPLACED TESTED/PASSED
MANIFOLD VACUUM TESTED/PASSED STEADY 57 IN./HG@IDLE
SPARK PLUGS REPLACED TESTED/PASSED
SPARK PLUG WIRES REPLACED TESTED/PASSED
ICM REPLACED TESTED/PASSED
IGN. COIL TESTED/PASSED
ELD REPLACED TESTED/PASSED
TEMP GUAGE SENSOR REPLACED TESTED/PASSED
DIST. WIRING REPAIRED TESTED/PASSED
DIST. SENSORS TESTED/PASSED
PCV VALVE AND HOSE TESTED/PASSED
MAP SENSOR TESTED/PASSED 58 IN./HG PAGE 250
FUEL PRESSURE TESTED/PASSED 38psi/47psi
FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR TESTED/PASSED 38psi/47psi
O2 SENSOR TESTED/PASSED ERRATIC, CONSTANTLY
FLUCTUATING READING OF 85 - 810 MV OK
THROTTLE ANGLE SENSOR TESTED/PASSED
0.48V - 4.38V WITH SMOOTH PROGRESSION
TA SENSOR TESTED/PASSED 2.26K OHMS, 5V.
FUEL INJECTORS TESTED/PASSED 11.9 - 12.4 OHMS, 12.4V
TW SENSOR TESTED/PASSED 207 OHMS, 5V, 5V
THROTTLE CABLE/BODY/PLATE PAGE 313 OK
ECM REPLACED
COMPRESSION TEST @ OPERATING TEMPERATURE,
ENGINE TURNED 10 REVOLUTIONS FOR EACH CYLINDER:
#1 198 PSI, #2 195 PSI, #3 198 PSI, #4 203 PSI

Any ideas and/or suggestions are desparately needed. My wheelchair is on its last legs. If it dies I'll be grounded. Grateful to you all in advance.

YEEEE HAWWWWW. The car ran good enough to get my wife to work. I'm gonna put gas in the tank with some Sea Foam. Gonna check the not-very-old fuel filter too. Should check for fuel flow volume while I'm there. At least I don't have to use the wheelchair for transport. Thanks for the support.
