Default slave cylinder

whats up ladies we got an EG hatch and were doin an ls swap and the GSr tranny had no slave cylinder when we bought it.
can you use the slave cylinder off the d series tranny or will it not mount up?
the old engine and tranny were trashed so well have to go to the junk yard.
just curious if anyone knows so we can get this swap done for my friend. thanks
