Post pic's.
if your hitting the frame rails don;t you think your low enough!? My friend's old coupe was damn near undriveable and it didn't hit the frame.
Or your talking about the shock towers, which, yes you will need to cut them and expand them.

I wouldn't go any lower. Why do you want to go lower? Are you trying to compete against airbagged mini trucks or something?
Looking at that picture, you might want to check your local laws. Here in Idaho, and my future state Washington, you are illegal (again, just going by the picture). Nothing (frame, body kit, etc) cannot be lower to the ground than the rim. It looks like you are lower than the rim in the front. If you get a flat, your screwed.

Re: slammed ek?
I saw a 240 on the highway yesterday that was so low that I didn't know how he wasn't setting off sparks. It looked stupid. Like a mechanical flying carpet that couldn't get off of the ground or something. How low are you trying to get? Daily driving? Hope you have high spring rates for your suspension.

Re: slammed ek?
all the way down I assume?
if so, you can pull the adjusters. But, let this be said. I highly don't reccomend doing this.
I did, and almost lost my car on a corner on 509.

Yup. Those adjusters usually have a lip that helps seat the springs. Without it the spring moves all over the place. They will even start, what I call, mushrooming the sleeves at the bottom and start to split them.

At the fender as in at the back of the fender?
Your unibody is lower than the fender, your front lip is lower than the fender. Didn't I just tell you that in Washington, NOTHING can be lower than the lip of the rim. It's a safety issue. You get a flat on the freeway, you just came to a dead stop with no steering.
Everytime I go to that side of the state, I'm gonna keep an eye out for a White EK Hatch with orange rims, I'm gonna get the **** off the road. You are making a really bad accident waiting to happen.

Re: slammed ek?
i hope you know the cars that seriously go the height you are trying to achieve is SHOW cars, HARD PARKED cars. if this is your daily, i strongly recommend that you don't go that low. but if u want, the height you wanna achieve can't be achieved on 50 dollar ebay coils and when u lower your car it takes away the ride quality cuz theres less room for the spring to bounce to absorb the shock. if that was confusing, i pretty much tried to say the lower you go= the more bouncy/uncomfortable the ride is going to be and you can't do anything about that.
if u still wanna go that low koni ground control could probably achieve it.
not to mention your state laws, if you get in trouble with law enforcement your gonna get hit up with a **** load of fix it tickets or w/e they wanna give you and you're just gonna end up having to raise it anyway
