Skunk2 Megapower vs. Greddy Racing Ti-C
I personally like the sound of the Greddy Racing Ti-C more than anything out there, and the Skunk2 Megapower is my second favorite. Both are very good exhaust. The Greddy cost almost twice as much. I dont know what to do, any ideas?

Re: Skunk2 Megapower vs. Greddy Racing Ti-C
Well, reason I asked is because I dont know which one provides better performance than the other. So right now all I have to go off of is the sound. I know they are both good buys, but which one is more worth the money?

the performance difference isn't gonna be much u can feel especially if this is going on a d series. only time exhaust makes a big difference is if ur running a turbo where the faster you get rid of exhaust gasses the better.

Does no one know anything about exhaust? it would be easy if they gave a flowrate but they dont, they just advertise "high performance" or "high flow" and advertise the sound...all I'm asking is for some advice for my del sol with turbocharged B18...anything at all?

Why don't you contact the respective companies for the tech specs YOURSELF, DIRECTLY instead of waiting for someone to hand you the information?

If you want opinions from owners of boosted setups, which you don't even have yet, then try the Forced Induction section.

if your going to boost your better off buying a 3" kteller kit and buying a hks or greddy Ti-C muffler to weld onto it

no...just making sure everyone else sees your outstanding qualities as well as i do. not everyone knows everything, i know you have had to ask for advice just like everyone else...so heres a tip, grow up and dont be afraid to help those who are searching. in this case not everyone trusts what dr. so-n-so might have to say about a pretty shiny exhaust he never tried, they trust what people like you and me have to say about things we have tried and what we thought was good/bad about it. how hard is that? try growing the f*** up and giving a good GD about more than just yourself...trust me you'll get further

Just get custom piping from your local muffler shop, and bolt on a muffler that you think looks best. That way, you can get 2.25" or 2.5" (whichever you want) size piping while you're still N/A, then whenever you decide to go forced induction you go can go back to get 3" piping and, most likely, still be under the total price you would have paid for a Skunk2 or Greddy exhaust.

Re: Skunk2 Megapower vs. Greddy Racing Ti-C
That's not what you asked. You asked about a specific set of exhaust systems and a comparison between the two. When you do that you limit the amount of responses you will get. Also questions like this have been asked since day one. If you REALLY want to find out what the favored choice of exhaust is then try doing a search.
If you want opinions from owners of boosted setups, which you don't even have yet, then try the Forced Induction section.

Re: Skunk2 Megapower vs. Greddy Racing Ti-C
i have a greddy ti-c for my built b16a2 all motor. im running straight pipe. its pretty loud if you run straight pipe but with the silencer its not that loud bu tno one wants to run the silencer on, so if i were you i throw the silence away asap before you mess up the screws on the greddy ti-c. if i was to get the skunk2 and greddy ti-c i rather pick the greddy over the skunk2.

From hearing both, I would personally go with the skunk2. They offer their catbacks in 3 in but you would probably have to call them to verify they make them for your model. Greddy doesn't sound too bad, I just like the skunk2 more, really deep. Do 70mm or 75mm minimum, 60 is going to choke it.

Re: Skunk2 Megapower vs. Greddy Racing Ti-C
OP, you're being very vague and limiting your options.
Buy your exhaust after you get your engine. It's 9 times out of 10 way easier to get a custom exhaust with the axleback of your choice. With a long resonator they'll all be somewhat quiet. Well, judging on your model choices it sounds like you want to be heard.
Loud does not mean faster. There are plenty of high flowing quieter exhausts.
