Skunk2 Mega Power cat-back systems 4 Del Sol
What u think?
Mega Power cat-back systems are constructed from T-304 stainless steel and feature Japanese Super-N1design and styling. Each exhaust is mandrel-bent using properly sized tubing for maximum flow and is finished off with a low restriction racing muffler. Most mufflers feature a single 102mm polished tip with an acid-etched Skunk2 Racing badge. Systems are available in standard and full-polished finishes. Each system comes complete with a removable silencer and all necessary hardware. Mega Power universal mufflers are also available separately.
Need few pic mounted on del sol, anybody? Thnx

I had the skunk2 mega power on my del sol. It sounded super nice and gave me a resonable amount of power. Get a high flow cat with your setup or gut out your stock one. I didnt have no high pitched ricer sound coming from my exhaust at all. Super deep and pretty damn loud.

Do you have any pic of that exhaust on your car?
What type of Del Sol u have? Just want to know if that exhaust fit on my car "bolt on"...
Mine is dohc b16a2, on skunk2 isn't any info about model..

very nice exhaust. every skunk2 exhaust i've ever seen is constructed very nicely. like all the welds are nice and neat and not sloppy like the greddy ones. imo skunk2 exhaust is the best bolt on cat-back for del sols.

AzntaggeR: I really hope that is "bolt on".. Because want to order it from USA > Europe... So must be sure that fit
If not, what to do? Return it back to USA? Shipping charges will be more expensive than complete cat back

2 gripes about the skunk2 catback. My freind has it on his GSR, and a, it's so ******* loud. b, does not offer enough clearance for a large swaybar. It is resting on his stock one and rattles quite a bit.

That sucks. Mine's deep and quiet (barely audible for daily driving) and I got plenty of clearance for my 23mm bar. I love mine.

i just bought a brand new Skunk2 for my '95 HB and the quality is superior in my eyes. the welds are near perfect and the piping has been mandrel bent to perfection.
my only problem with it is Skunk2 packed my box with the proper mid-sections but they put the wrong rear muffler section in the box. i got a long coupe one instead of the HB one. so now i have to wait for my distributor to send it back and ship me a new one. you think it's loud WITH the muffler, try rockin only the mid-section to the back axle
i can't wait to get my muffler section and see what it sounds like and how it performs on the street. if the performance and sound is anything like the physical quality and look of the system itself, it's going to be sick.
i'll post pics when i get my muffler back and install it.
