Skunk2 Mani Problem
Ok well I had another thread before about a leak. Now I think I have found it. It seems that its coming from the hose that goes from the thermo housing to the intake manifold. So my problem is that its really narrow where the hose goes because of the runners. So there is no space for clamps to go there barely. So I guess when I installed it I forced it in and didn't hold right I guess. Cuz it has no holes. So I was wondering what kind of clamps have people used here on HT for their skunk2 mani. Im having problems with the clamps and want some opinions on how ahyone managed to get one in there. Any help is appreciated.

C'mon. I know someone out there has one of these manifolds on their D series. I can't seem to find a good clamp to go through that little space.

Well Ive seen diffrent things like people stick a bolt in the rear section of the hose and put 2 clamps.
The right way to do it is to cut it odd tap and re thread it and use a brass plug with Teflon tape.

What? That's bull. There has to be another way around this. I mean this is the only thing stopping me for my turbo install.(that and like 80 bux)LoL. Man....there has to be another way. So im guessing this problem is Famous since you said other people have done other things. What if I use zip ties instead..LoL.
