I just installed a skunk2 mani and when I go to put the fuel rail on there is a gap between the injectors and the hole in the mani(where the rubber ring goes into)...Can I take off the hard black ring things between the rail and the mani, so the rail can go down father??

Remove the spacers.

You're going to need to remove the spacer. You're going to need some studs with longer thread or bolt to replace the 3 stud that holds the fuel rail down because the stock studs isn't going to give you enough thread to tighten the fuel rail down.
